New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum – super excited to dive into the eBike world. I'm really leaning towards a fat tire eBike because I live near some awesome sandy trails and I'd love to tackle some light snow in the winter. For those of you who started with a fat tire, what was the biggest surprise or most important thing you learned early on? I'm looking at models around the $1500-$2500 mark and plan to ride about 10-15 miles per session. Any advice for a newbie?
