Weather-resistant gear for commuters

Hey everyone!

So, with the weather getting a bit more unpredictable lately, I've been thinking a lot about gear for my daily eBike commute. I ride about 10 miles each way on a Class 1 eMTB, mostly paved but with some gravel sections, and I'm tired of showing up damp or freezing! What are your go-to recommendations for truly weather-resistant jackets, pants, or even shoe covers that hold up to real rain and wind without making you overheat? I'm particularly interested in things that are durable and breathable.
