Common eBike problems and solutions

Hey everyone!

I've been riding my Aventon Level.2 commuter eBike for about a year now, racking up nearly 2,000 miles mostly on paved trails and city streets. So far, it's been pretty smooth sailing, but I'm curious what common issues others have encountered, especially as bikes get more miles on them.

What are some of the most frequent eBike problems you've faced (e.g., battery degradation, motor noises, controller issues, specific component failures), and more importantly, what solutions or preventative maintenance tips have you found most effective? I'm hoping to learn from your experiences to keep my ride running optimally!
