Tips for winter commuting

Winter is definitely on its way, and I'm already starting to feel that chill on my morning commute. I ride my eMTB about 8 miles each way, mostly on paved paths but with a few unplowed sections that can get a bit dicey. I'm looking for your best tips and tricks for staying safe, warm, and keeping the eBike happy through the colder months.
