New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just ordered my first eBike, an Aventon Pace 500.3, and I'm super excited for it to arrive! I'm completely new to the eBike world, coming from regular road cycling, and I'm wondering what are the absolute must-knows for a beginner? Any tips on maintenance, accessories, or even just getting used to the pedal assist on longer rides (thinking 20-30 miles on paved paths and some light gravel)? Thanks in advance for any wisdom!
