Common eBike problems and solutions

Just wanted to kick off a discussion about common eBike hiccups and how you all tackle them. I've been riding my Aventon Level 2 for about a year now, mostly for commuting ~15 miles round trip daily, and so far, so good! But I'm curious what issues you've encountered with your eBikes, especially as they age or if you ride in challenging conditions. What are some of the most frequent problems you've faced (e.g., battery degradation, motor weirdness, sensor issues) and, more importantly, what solutions or preventative maintenance tips have you found most effective?
