Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone!

Just got my new Lectric XP 3.0 and I'm loving it for my daily commute and weekend trail rides. It got me thinking about all the different eBike laws out there, especially since Lectrics are Class 2 out of the box but can be unlocked. What's been your experience navigating the legal side of things in your area, particularly regarding speed limits on bike paths or throttle usage? I want to make sure I'm riding responsibly and legally!
