New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum and super excited to dive into the eBike world. I've been eyeing them for a while and I'm finally ready to pull the trigger, but honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the options out there. I'm hoping to use one for a ~10-15 mile commute on mostly paved roads with a few hills, maybe some light trail riding on weekends. What's the absolute best advice you'd give a total newbie when it comes to choosing their first eBike? Any specific types or features I should prioritize?
