eBike insurance recommendations

Hey everyone!

Been thinking a lot about eBike insurance lately and wanted to tap into the collective wisdom here. I just got a new full-suspension eMTB – a Specialized Levo SL – and I'm planning on taking it on some pretty gnarly trails, plus using it for commuting a few times a week. Are any of you guys insuring your eBikes, and if so, who are you using and what kind of coverage do you have? I'm curious about theft, damage, and even liability options.
