New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum – super excited to dive into the eBike world! I've been eyeing fat tire eBikes specifically, thinking they'd be awesome for exploring some of the sandy trails and even snowy paths around my area. For someone completely new, what are the absolute must-knows when looking at fat tire models? Are there specific motor types or battery capacities I should prioritize for off-road adventures, or any brands that really stand out for durability? Any advice on where to even begin my research would be amazing!
