New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum and I'm super excited about potentially getting into the eBike world. I've been doing a ton of research, but honestly, it feels a bit overwhelming with all the options out there. I'm mostly looking for something to commute about 10 miles each way on paved roads, maybe with some light gravel paths on weekends. For those of you who started from scratch, what's the one piece of advice you wish you'd known when you were first looking to buy your eBike? Any specific types or features I should prioritize for my use case?
