eBike insurance recommendations

Hey everyone!

Just got myself a new eMTB, a Specialized Levo SL, and I'm starting to think about insurance. With the cost of these bikes, I'm getting a little paranoid about theft or damage, especially when I'm out on the trails or even just locked up at the coffee shop. Does anyone have any good eBike-specific insurance recommendations or experiences they can share? I'm curious about coverage for theft, accidental damage, and maybe even liability.
