eBike vs traditional bike comparison

Been thinking a lot lately about the jump from traditional bikes to eBikes, especially since I'm eyeing a RadRover 6 Plus. For those of you who've made the switch, or even just own both, what's been your biggest "aha!" moment or the most surprising difference you've found? I'm curious if the eBike truly replaces your traditional one for all rides, or if you still find yourself reaching for the unassisted bike for certain types of trips or workouts.
