Best eBike brands overall

I've been seriously looking into getting a new eBike, and the Specialized Turbo line keeps catching my eye, especially their Vado and Levo models. I'm curious to hear from the community: when we talk about the "best eBike brands overall," where does Specialized Turbo stack up in your opinion?
