New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum and super excited to dive into the eBike world. I'm really leaning towards a fat tire eBike, as I live near some awesome sandy trails and want something that can handle a bit of everything, from beach cruises to snowy paths in winter. For those of you who started with fat tire eBikes, what's the one piece of advice you wish you'd known before your first purchase, especially regarding motor type or battery capacity for longer rides (20+ miles)?
