eBike technology explained

Hey everyone!

I've been riding my RadRover 6 Plus for about six months now, mostly for commuting and some light trail riding, and I'm absolutely loving it. I've been curious about the tech behind these bikes, especially with Rad Power Bikes using their own custom controllers and motors for some models. Does anyone have a good resource or can explain in simple terms how the different components like the motor, battery management system, and controller all work together to give us that awesome assist? I'd love to understand the "secret sauce" a bit better!
