New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum and super excited to dive into the eBike world. I've been eyeing fat tire eBikes specifically, thinking they'd be awesome for some of the gravel paths and light trails near me, plus the occasional snowy day. For those of you who started with or primarily ride fat tire eBikes, what's one piece of advice you wish you knew when you first got yours? Any specific features to prioritize for someone looking to do 10-20 mile rides on mixed terrain?
