Tips for winter commuting

With the days getting shorter and the temps dropping, I'm already starting to think about winter commuting. My eMTB is my main ride for my 10-mile, mixed-terrain commute (some paved paths, some gravel), and while I've done winter riding before, I'm always looking for ways to make it safer and more comfortable. What are your absolute must-have tips or gear for staying warm, visible, and safe on your eBike during the colder, darker months? Any specific tire recommendations for icy patches?
