Weather-resistant gear for commuters

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to start a discussion about weather-resistant gear for us eBike commuters. With the unpredictable spring weather here in the UK, I'm finding my usual waterproof jacket isn't quite cutting it for my 10-mile round trip on my hardtail eMTB, especially when it's really coming down. What are your go-to recommendations for truly waterproof (and breathable!) jackets, trousers, or even shoe covers that stand up to daily use? My biggest struggle is staying dry without overheating!
