eBike vs traditional bike comparison

by ChenCyclist1 day ago

Hey everyone!

Been riding my RadRover 6 Plus for a few months now, and I'm absolutely loving how it's changed my commute and weekend rides. It got me thinking a lot about the eBike vs. traditional bike debate, especially for folks who might be on the fence. For those of you who own a Rad Power Bike (or any eBike, really) and also have a traditional bike, what's your take? Do you find yourself reaching for one more often depending on the distance or terrain, or has your eBike completely replaced your acoustic one? I'm curious to hear about your experiences!

Great topic! I definitely find myself reaching for different bikes depending on the ride. My eBike (a Specialized Vado SL) is my go-to for errands, commuting, and longer weekend adventures where I want to cover more ground or tackle hills without getting too sweaty. But for a quick, intense workout or a chill spin around the neighborhood with the kids, my old road bike still gets plenty of love – it's a different kind of satisfaction.

Hey there! Great topic, and I totally get where you're coming from with the RadRover 6 Plus – they're awesome for transforming rides! For me, my eBike (a Specialized Vado SL) has definitely become my go-to for pretty much everything, especially my commute and any errands. I still have my old road bike, but honestly, it mostly collects dust now unless I'm specifically looking for a hardcore workout or joining a group ride where everyone's on acoustic bikes. The eBike just makes every ride more fun and less of a chore, even uphill!
