Official Giveaway Rules

Aventon Ramblas eMTB Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ebiking.us and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Prize

One (1) winner will receive an Aventon Ramblas eMTB with an approximate retail value of $2,299 USD. Prize includes the bicycle only. Shipping costs, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the winner.

3. How to Enter

To enter, complete the entry form on ebiking.us during the promotion period. Provide your full name and valid email address. Limit one entry per person/email address. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped directly from Aventon or an authorized retailer to the winner's verified shipping address within the continental United States. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

6. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of ebiking.us, which are final and binding. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. ebiking.us reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate on any dispute at any time.

7. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to ebiking.us's privacy practices. By entering, you consent to receive promotional emails from ebiking.us. You may opt out at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

ebiking.us is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. ebiking.us is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, by entering, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the United States. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the United States.

11. Winner Announcement

The winner's first name and last initial may be posted on ebiking.us. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: ebiking.us Giveaway Winner, c/o ebiking.us.
