Lectric XP 3.0 vs Rad Power RadCity 5 Plus — help me decide

I have narrowed it down to these two and I am going in circles. Here is my situation: - 10-mile round trip commute, mostly flat, some light gravel - Budget is firm at $1,800 - I am 6'1", 210 lbs - Want to carry groceries occasionally - Live in Seattle so rain is a given The Lectric is cheaper and gets great reviews but the Rad has that integrated rear rack and I have heard the customer support is solid. Anyone ridden both or have strong feelings either way?
